Think
First we need to plan and research! Pick your favourite animal and then research how it moves and what its special features may be. You don’t have to get it perfect, just pick a few things that stand out to you.
And now we build!
Now that your animal shadow puppet is planned out, let’s get to building. Experiment with household items available at you and piece together your puppet puzzle. You might need to try a few different materials and methods along the way…
Let’s test what we’ve created!
Now it’s time to test out your puppet. Have you achieved what you set out to do? What improvements could you make? Perhaps you can add some landscape or tell a story with your puppet.
