Meeting Room Hire

Unlike our other event packages, Magnesium is able to be booked during the day giving you flexibility and convenience in a room hire for a few hours or a whole day.

The room hire includes AV equipment, kitchen amenities, Wi-Fi and discounted parking, along with many other extras that can assist with your event planning and delivery needs.

This package is available from $550* (half day) or $1000* (full day) and caters for up to 50 people standing.

What’s included in this package:

An Event Coordinator to assist in the lead up to your event and to be available during the event.
30 minutes access to the room before and after for set up and pack down.
Access to the presenting equipment including a whiteboard, microphones, projector, and speakers.
Use of kitchen facilities including hot beverage supplies.
Access to fliptop tables and chairs for up to 40 people based on configuration.
5 hour parking is available for $5 for you and your guests.

Scitech is an adaptable venue which can be made to suit the needs and vision of your event or function. Choose from one of our tailored packages or we can help you customise a package that reflects your requirements.

This package is available from $3500 and caters for up to 900 guests.

Exclusive 3 hour access for 300 guests to the Chevron Science Theatre, WA Science Zone, Feature Exhibition, Discoverland, Explore Your World, Rio Tinto Innovation Central, Kaartadjin Koorliny and City Views
An event coordinator to assist in the lead up to your event
An event supervisor, theatre presenter and science communicator(s) to present on the night to help make your event fun and memorable!
30 minutes before and after event for set up and pack down

Access to four cocktail high tables, five drink tubs, eight trestle table and eight tablecloths
