The Perth region is projected to grow from 2.3 million people today to 3.5 million by 2050, which presents both challenges and opportunities for the Western Australian capital.
We are excited to share the Perth 2050 report, produced in collaboration by Committee for Perth and Scitech, authored by accredited futurist Dr Ben Hamer. The report uses data and trends from today, including results from the recent Perth 2050 survey, to paint a picture of tomorrow. In doing so, it articulates some of the priorities of residents and key considerations for how Perth will get there.
